NCS Graduates and Youth Board

Although the National Citizen Service is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, there are lots of opportunities open to our NCS Graduates, including joining the NCS Oxfordshire Youth Board

Your journey isn't over when you become an NCS graduate. Graduates get opportunities to reunite with the friends you made, develop new skills, and continue on your journey.

NCS Youth Board

The NCS Oxfordshire Youth Board is made up of NCS graduates who have successfully completed the NCS programme.

They meet locally, regionally and nationally.

They are the driving force behind graduate events and help steer the programme in a youth-led direction. They organise and take part in an annual Social Action day in March.

Can I join the board?

If you are an NCS graduate (you must complete your NCS experience) you can join the board. Speak to your team leader about what opportunities are available, and how you can get involved. There are lots of opportunities, including promoting NCS in schools, helping organise awareness and fundraising events and even working with the NCS team.
