Did you know that 1 in 10 children and young people experience a mental health problem at any one time (that is three pupils in the average school classroom)? Here are 5 simple steps that you can do to improve your mental health and wellbeing:
- Talk about your feelings
- Keep active
- Eat well
- Ask for help
- Self care
Although these simple steps can help with your everyday mental health and wellbeing, if things don't improve then more support may be needed.
Did you know: The average person says that they are fine on average 14 times a day in response to the question “How are you?”
