Chef De Partie
As Chef de Partie you will very much be working as part of the team, assisting with daily prep and ensuring that your section is always clean, organised and ready for service. Over a period of time and depending upon how quickly you learn, you will have the opportunity to work in all sections of the kitchen alongside either the Head, Sous or Junior Sous Chef.
An employer will determine their own entry requirements for an employee to commence this apprenticeship, but these general entry requirements apply; you have to be aged 16 years or over and must be working in the hospitality and catering sector for at least 30 hours a week. You also need to be a resident in England and not taking part in full-time education.
