Description: 

Trax delivers a range of comprehensive motor vehicle qualifications, working with both cars and motorbikes. Places available now for anyone interested in a career in Mechanics. Topics covered include: Brakes, Gearbox and Clutch, Engine rebuilds, Vehicle checks, Oils and Lubrication, wheels and tyres. All modules are delivered on site in fully equipped workshops

Training: 

Students work at Entry Level 3 and progress to Level 1, over a school year they can achieve an Award, Certificate or Diploma. Our focus is to develop young people in a work environment and assist in overcoming barriers to employment and training. Our young people often move on to a Level 2 qualification or apprenticeships.

Also offered: Numeracy, Literacy, Catering, Personal and Social Development and First Aid, and a Moving On Programme to support you in finding further training or work.

How to apply:
