A brand-new and exciting pre-apprenticeship programme with SOFEA

The pre-apprenticeship programme is a one-year programme designed for school leavers who do not want to stay on at sixth form or go to college, or do not feel ready to start an apprenticeship.

There are lots of exciting subjects to chose from, including hospitability, warehousing, administration, and more!

About the opportunity

As part of this programme you will attend SOFEA on Mondays and Tuesdays during term time, where you will work on a bespoke learning programme.

On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Friday you will attend your workplace and be paid the national living wage.

Good to know: SOFEA will support your to achieve your GCSE Math or English, if you have not already achieved.

After the programme?

Once you have finished the one-year programme, you will work with SOFEA and your employer to work towards a positive progression outcome, like a permanent contract of employment or an apprenticeship.
