Our 3-day online programme provides insight to the Healthcare Support Worker role, equipping you with vital knowledge about healthcare and the employer, so you can have the best chance at being successful in your application. We advise on CVs, interviews, employability and professionalism, and host employer Q&As.

After the programme, we will support you in attending interviews and offer support for up to 3 months. You will also have access to a mentor, a mental health & wellbeing service and you can apply for financial support in some circumstances.
