Safer Internet Day 2020 will be celebrated globally on Tuesday 11th February and this year’s theme is ‘Free to be’, which focuses on inspiring young people to support each other in being who they want to be.

Safer Internet Day, which sees hundreds of organisations across the UK taking part, aims to spark a national conversation about how we can use technology responsibly, respectfully, and creatively.

How can I get involved?

There are different ways that you can get involved, including:

  • Across Oxfordshire, schools and youth groups will be taking part
  • Join in the #Freetobe social media campaign
  • Complete your #Freetobe pledge.
  • Follow @oxmeinfo on twitter for a day full of #SID tips.
