Did you know that 10% of children and young people (aged 5-16 years) have a mental health problem, yet 70% of these young people who experience mental health problems have not been recognized at an early age? This needs to change.
This is why The Mental Health Foundation is holding a Mental Health Awareness Week from the 16th – 22nd of May 2016. This year’s theme is ‘Relationships’ and focuses on how having healthy relationships is very beneficial to your mental health.
