At JTL we can help you to gain a valuable insight into a range of careers in the building services engineering (BSE) sector through our short Traineeship programme. This 10 week course, available at our training centre based at Culham Science Park, a short distance from Abingdon, will enable you to get a flavour of what it’s like to be a plumber, heating engineer, electrician or engineering maintenance operative.

We have teamed up with a number of Oxford based BSE employers who regularly recruit apprentices and, if successful in the traineeship programme, you could be well on your way to securing an apprenticeship in our sector. The programme will require you to attend 6 weeks at our training centre (4 days per week) and 4 weeks work experience with one of our employers (5 days per week).
