Targeted Youth Support Service

The new Targeted Youth Support Service (TYSS) works with local young people who are facing difficulties in their life. They support the young person to enable them to cope with difficulties, have increased aspirations and be more resilient to harm.
Who is the service for?
The Targeted Youth Support Service offer group work and one to one support to young people aged 11-18 (up to 25 with an EHCP or has been part of Children We Care For) seeking support with social and emotional development.
Crucial: Young People can refer themselves to the Targeted Youth Support Service, adults must have the consent of the child to refer. Schools and other professionals should contact their LCSS Link Officer.
