On Thursday 4th February Time to Talk Day will take place, raising awareness of mental health and providing everyone with the chance to talk about mental health.

Taking time out to talk about your mental health can really help both yourself and others but we know that for some people, talking about it isn't always easy. Time to Change have simple tips to help you start the conversation. When you do ask a friend how they are, you should always ask twice because sometimes we say that we're fine, even when we're not.
