Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to start your career with the University of Oxford as an Apprentice Laboratory and Facilities Technician in the #1 Anatomy and Physiology department according to the QS World University rankings by subject.

 

Your role will be varied, including learning general laboratory housekeeping and developing skills and knowledge to maintain stocks of various resources. You will assist Laboratory Managers in maintaining records and preparing compounds and solutions. You will help keep all lab areas clean and tidy and assist in other building support services where required including Goods In, Reception and Glass wash and Autoclave services.

Qualifications

GCSE English and Maths; grade 4 or above or equivalent and

Training

Level 3 Advanced Laboratory Technician Standard Apprenticeship

Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Applied Science qualification. C

Registered Science Technician accreditation.

Pay
£19,568 per annum
