British Heart Foundation Volunteering - Tills/Phones
Are you organised and happy conversing on the phone? Looking for Retail work experience? We’re always looking for friendly and helpful people to join our brand new Wantage store team on our front cash desk.
If you can spare a few hours a week, have good communication skills and a mind for administration then you'll be perfect for us! You will be a point of contact for our customers, helping them with any queries and arranging collections/ deliveries - this is a great role to improve your retail and customer service skills.
(Full training will be given for all roles - no experience necessary, just a willingness to learn!)
We can offer you:
Full induction training and introduction to the roles, and on-going support as you volunteer Flexible times to volunteer that fits around you - 3 or 4 hours a week would be great You will have an opportunity to learn lifesaving skills by completing CPR training Reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses as agreed with the Manager Plenty of tea and biscuits!

This role can be quite flexible - a commitment of 2 hours each week would be great which you could move around each week to fit your schedule.
