We have an exciting opportunity for you to start your career with the University of Oxford as an Apprentice HR Administrator in the Human Resources department.
The role will be based in central Oxford in University Offices, Wellington Square where you will join a team of 12, however this role is likely to start remotely due to the current restrictions. As a team you will work across a number of departments supporting their HR needs on a daily basis.
Your role will be varied including recruitment, payroll and policy activity. You will have the opportunity to develop your interpersonal skills, communication, and professionalism this is an opportunity for you to develop skills and behaviours to support your career progression in a supported and welcoming environment.
Passes at 9-4 or A*-C in GCSE Maths and English.
If you did not achieve these grades do not let that you put you off from applying as you can study Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship giving you the equivalent qualifications needed
