Availability

The main website aims to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sometimes it may be unavailable for very short time periods to permit maintenance or other development activity to take place. If for any reason we have to interrupt service for longer, we will publish a warning on the home page of this website.

You can use the contact us form if you need to talk to someone. Messages sent will be responded to by email the next working day. 

All comments are pre-moderated to ensure no inappropriate content is on the website. During core hours (10am-4pm) they will be checked and approved the day of posting. Otherwise they will be checked and approved the next working day.
