The main website should be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sometimes it may be unavailable for very short time periods to permit maintenance or other development activity to take place. If for any reason we have to interrupt service for longer, we will publish a warning on the home page of this website.
Live Web Chat is available 10am-4pm Mon-Fri., except on national holidays. Sometimes it may be unavailable for short time periods as a result of chat volume or availability of staff. If workers are unavailable to take your call, or if it is out of hours, messages may be left via the secure message service. These will be responded to by email the next working day.
All comments are pre-moderated to ensure no inappropriate content is on the website. During core hours (10am-4pm) they will be checked and approved the day of posting. Otherwise they will be checked and approved the next working day.
This website runs a monthly prize draw for young people who register their learning destination with us.
