Results Day is an exciting time. But it can also be stressful. Being prepared and knowing what to expect on the day can help.

- Know how and when you are getting your results
- Know who you are collecting results with
- Know who you can talk to about your results if they are a surprise
Your school, college, or place of learning should have support ready if you need it.
Take action: If your next step is an apprenticeship you can sign up to get weekly emails of local apprenticeships and other opportunities.
Staying calm on the day
There are lots of simple ways to help keep you calm on the day, including:
- Doing breathing exercises
- Saying calming things to yourself
- Having something to look forward to after your collect your results
It can also be helpful to take time to reconnect with people getting results at the same time as you.
Take action: Taking 'me-time' and doing things that you enjoy is also a great way to boost your mood and support your well-being.
Reaching out for support
Sometimes we need some extra support, and this OK.
There are lots of places offering support, but a great place to start is by talking to your School Health Nurse or GP.
You can also access support online from places like:
