Notify the Education, Employment and Training (EET) Team of a Young Person who has left learning early

You can use this form to notify the EET Team of a young person in Oxfordshire who is aged 16-18 and who has left learning early or who is NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).

Please let the young person know that you will be notifying us.

Please note that this form is not a referral route, we will simply use it to update tracking data. If you are sure that the young person needs our service, please use the Oxfordshire EET Form.

Were previously educated at a private or independent school

Have moved from a school that is outside Oxfordshire

Were educated at home/educated otherwise
