Not in employment, education or training (NEET)?

You can use this form to notify the Education, Employment and Training Service that a young person aged 16-18 is not in employment, education or training (NEET), has left learning early or not started learning, or make a referral. Referrals can be for a young person aged 16-18 who is NEET and in addition up to the age of 25 for a young person who has an EHCP or care experience.

Young people are encouraged to fill in the form themselves. If you are filling this form in for a referral on behalf of a young person, you must have their consent.  Filling in the form takes less than five minutes.
