Military families may often face challenges, like moving to new places, meeting new people and missing somebody who is away. But there things you can do, and support available if you need it. 

Good to know: Childline have lots of helpful information and tips on being part of a military family, including ways to cope and feel better and dealing with change.

Support available 

The support available to all young people is also available to forces families, even if you are only here for a short time. 

Support from your school includes your school health nurse, can also offer mental wellbeing support and signpost to additional support, such as the Tellmi app
