Supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing is key to helping you cope with the ups and downs of everyday life

We asked 16-18 year olds in Oxfordshire what they were most worried about. Their concerns included exams and next steps, anxiety and sleep, and stress and loneliness. In response to this, we've gathered some key resources, as well as details of local support available to help.
