Why am I feeling like this?
Sometimes we're unsure how we're feeling or why we're feeling a certain way. Getting out these feelings can help you to understand how you are exactly feeling, why you're feeling like that and help you to feel better. You could:
- Write down your feelings or reasons you may be feeling like this
- Draw a mind map to display your feelings
- Draw a picture which shows how your feeling
- Write a letter to yourself, telling yourself how you're feeling
If you're going through a busy time and it's causing you to feel down, creating a 'to do' list is a great way to make sure you get everything done in time, have a clearer head - being able to cross each task off is also a great way to boost your mood.
