Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent English, Maths, Science (Grade 4/C or above) Essential.

Training

National Standard for Level 3 Food & Drink Technical Operator plus bespoke development workshops such as:

1.       Plant Bakery Operation.

2.       IOSH Working Safely.

3.       Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene.

4.       Introduction to Engineering Operations.

5.       Continuous Improvement Techniques.
