Getting ready to head back to learning
Many young people across Oxfordshire will be heading back to school and college this week, and we wish you all the best.
Supporting your wellbeing
We understand that heading back to learning after a break can be an exciting and nervous time. But talking to those you trust, staying active, and spending time outdoors can all help.
Take Action: Find information, resources, and links to support your mental wellbeing on our Wellbeing Hub.
Support getting back into learning
All young people must stay in learning until age 18. This could be at school, college, or a work-base placement, like an apprenticeship.
But if you're out of learning, there is support available to help you get back on track.
Take Action: Find information, explore your options, and ask for support on our EET Hub.
Choosing active travel
As the weather gets brighter, and afternoons get lighter, it becomes safer and more fun to travel on foot, bike or scooter.
Choosing an active way to travel to school or college can be a great way to help support your mental and physical wellbeing!
Take Action: Find information and tips on staying safe when out and about.
Finding a new hobby
Taking part in regular activities during your free time is a great way to support your studies, develop new skills, and meet new people.
The start of a new term can be a good time to try something new and find yourself a new hobby.
Take Action: You can find activities on the Activities Oxfordshire website, by visiting your local leisure centre or library, or by asking at your place of learning.
