This World Mental Health Day, the Mental Health Foundation have shared their tips on talking about mental health, to help you start the conversation.
- Choose someone you trust to talk to
- Think about the best place to talk
- Prepare yourself for their reaction
Good people to talk to include your School Health Nurse or another adult at your school, activity, or club. If you are educated at home or NEET, you can still contact the School Health Nurse Service.
