Hello 2025
The new year can be the perfect time to set healthy habits and resolutions, try something new, and plan ahead to help make 2025 the best yet.
Getting back into learning
If you are out of learning or training, the new year is a great time to get back into learning, and there is lots of support to help you get back on track.
A great place to start is by requesting service from the Education, Employment, and Training Team.
You can also sign up to receive our weekly bulletins, and search for local opportunities here on oxme.
Good to know: If you are aged 16-18, your local Job Centre+ can offer support with finding apprenticeships and getting work ready.
Finding a new hobby
Taking part in regular fun activities is a great to develop new skills, support your wellbeing and studies, and meet new people!
There are lots of exciting activities, clubs, and youth groups across Oxfordshire, and the new year can be the perfect time to try something new.
Over on Activities Oxfordshire you can find lots of local activities, clubs, and services listed for children and young people.
You can also find local activities by asking at your place of study, local leisure centres and libraries.
Supporting your wellbeing
Life can get busy and stressful at times, so making time to take care of yourself and support your wellbeing is important.
Stopping smoking, staying as active as you can, and getting the right amount of sleep can all help.
You can find more ways to support your wellbeing on our Wellbeing Hub.
