The EET Support Service provides one-to-one support for young people aged 16-18 Not in Employment, Education or Training who need extra help to re-engage with learning.

The EET Support Service provides one-to-one support for young people aged 16-18 (up to 25 with Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) or are care experienced) who are NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) and those who need extra help to re-engage with learning, work, or training.

This form is for the young person requesting support. Professionals and parents can also request contact using this form but the young person must be aware and give consent.
