Oxfordshire should be a great place to grow up. The children and young people in Oxfordshire should be able to become everything they want to be.

The plan includes a vision for vision for children and young people, where all are able to:

• be safe
• be supported

This plan was created with local young people, by The Children's Trust, who work towards improving outcomes for all children and young people in Oxfordshire.
