Children's Mental Health Week

Children's Mental Health Week is an annual event which takes places to empower, equip and give a voice to all children and young people in the UK.
This year's theme is Know Yourself, Grow Yourself, aimed to encourage self-awareness and put a spotlight on how we can build resilience, grow and develop by understanding who we are.
