What is it? A CV is used when applying for jobs. It is your chance to show the employer your skills and strengths

Interview requirements

What is it? A letter or email which can be sent to employers when you have been offered an interview to request reasonable adjustments during the interview process.  

The 3 Steps to Employment pack includes a list of interview requirements which can be ticked off to make the request, as well a symbol version.

Strengths, skills, and support needs

What is it? Information for your employer once you have been offered a position. This helps show your employer what you are capable of, but also lets them know what support you may need at work.  

This part should be written with the support of staff from your current setting (school or college). Make sure you are happy with what they have written!
