This is an opportunity for school leavers to gain hands-on experience within Manufacturing/Operations at a Formula One team.
If you or someone you know is ready to develop elite technical skills and play a vital role in our operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.

Training

Completing an apprenticeship at Williams is the start of something meaningful - a chance to make real impact in our Formula 1 team while building your own career. You’ll blend structured training with hands-on experience, developing the practical skills and confidence that set you up for long-term success.

Depending on your pathway, you may study at Level 3, equivalent to A-levels and the first year of an undergraduate degree (or HNC). We work closely with local training providers so you can balance work and study, earning nationally recognised qualifications as you grow.
