Our Chef de Partie Level 3 Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, developing advanced culinary techniques, menu planning, and leadership skills.

Strong Stance is run out of Barton Neighbourhood Centre. The program is for 10-17 year olds to try boxing, earn a qualification and participate in work experience.
