Description

Our Young People Project provides a support structure for vulnerable young people through a  carefully managed, risk-assessed process.  We are looking to recruit volunteer mentors across the Thames Valley area (Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire) including specific areas of Milton Keynes, Oxford, Maidenhead, and Slough.  For this voluntary role you will:

  • Be interested in supporting vulnerable young people through engaging with them, offering support and guidance in a number of key areas
  • Have your own transport
  • Be able to commit to meeting weekly with the young person during school hours, and be available by telephone
