Taking care of our mental wellbeing always matters - especially over the festive season.
We know the festive season can feel overwhelming. With celebrations, school breaks, and extra pressures, it’s important to make time for yourself and do things you enjoy.
A helpful place to start is by talking to people you trust. This could be a friend, parent or carer, or teacher at your place of learning. You can also talk to your School Health Nurse.
Good to know: The Mental Health Foundation have put together practical advice and top tips for looking after your mental health at Christmas.
