ACE Training's Construction Skills Taster Programme is back for summer 2026

This summer the ACE Training Construction Skills Taster Programme returns, offering young people interested in carpentry an brickwork the opportunity to take part in practical training, develop workplace skills and learn new skills.
Training will take place in small groups, designed to give you plenty of support from experienced tutors.
There are two pathways to choose from: Carpentry Kick-Start and Brickwork Boot Camp. Each pathway will run for three-weeks and students will attend Wednesday to Friday during their selected weeks.
The weeks available are:
- Wednesday 15th July - Friday 31st July
- Wednesday 3rd August - Friday 21st August
A free minibus service is on offer from Bicester, Banbury and Witney.
