Reverse Recruitment Fair for young people with SEND

On Thursday 26th November, a Reverse Recruitment Fair will take place at the Kassam Stadium, Oxford, from 11am-5pm.
This is a free event for young people aged 14+ with SEND, including young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and those receiving SEN support.
There will be event staff, SEND Youth Forum representatives, a quiet breakout area, and young people can communicate in ways that work for them.

About the Fair
This fair is a chance for young people to talk about themselves first. They can share what they enjoy, what they are good at, and what kind of work they might like to do.
Employers come to listen, ask questions, and talk about possible next steps such as work experience, supported internships, apprenticeships and jobs.
This is not a job interview. The focus is on helping young people recognise their strengths, build confidence and make connections with employers.
