A child first county: improving positive life experiences for Oxfordshire’s children and young people
Oxfordshire Children and Young People's Plan 2024-2028 is a partnership and stakeholder plan that aims to improve the wellbeing and outcomes for all children and young people in Oxfordshire.

All children should have the best start in life
Oxfordshire should be a great place to grow up. The children and young people in Oxfordshire should be able to become everything they want to be.
The plan includes a vision for children and young people, where all are able to:
- be successful
- be healthy
- be safe
- be supported
This plan was created with local young people, by The Children's Trust, who work towards improving outcomes for all children and young people in Oxfordshire.
