Take action: Make sure that the crime has been reported. You can report directly to Thames Valley Police or to Fearless.
Sometimes it can take longer to recover after a crime, and extra support is needed.
There is lots of support available, including:
Some people take a long time to recover after a crime, but some recover quickly.
Crucial: You can also get support from your GP or School Health Nurse.
If it is taking you longer to recover, or getting in the way of other things in your life, you may need extra support.
