TYSS request for service

Adults supporting a young person can request support from the Targeted Youth Support Service. You must have the child's consent.

The Targeted Youth Support Service can offer signposting to other services, and direct support including group work and one to one support.

The service is open to any young person aged between 11-18 seeking support with social and emotional development. Where our service is not the best fit, we will signpost to other local services.

Our support extends to anyone aged up to 25 with an EHCP or who has been part of Children We Care For.

Before you contact us, you must have the child/young person's permission and/or fill in the form together.

Crucial: You should have a route to refer in place already, speak to your manager if you are not sure, or contact the Targeted Youth Support Service at tyss@oxfordshire.gov.uk to request a full referral form.
