The Future Leaderships Programme is designed specifically for young people aged 18-21, helping participants build valuable skills for future employment while developing their leadership and teamwork abilities.
Throughout the project you will work towards completing a series of AQA Unit Awards which can be added to your CV.

What will the programme involve?
The programme will consist of:
- Employability workshops - helping with interview skills, CV writing, and soft skills and team work
- Work Experience Day at Lucy Electric
- Leadership Sessions - covering things like stress management, team building and goal setting
- Residential trip to North Devon - putting your leadership and team skills into practice
There will also be a final celebration where everyone will receive their AQA certificates.
