Returning after the summer break can feel daunting, especially if you're starting somewhere new. There are lots of people you can talk to if you have any worries of concerns.
A good place to start would be by talking to your form tutor or a teacher you trust. You can also talk to your School/College Health Nurse.

The Education, Employment and Training (EET) Service helps young people age 16-18 (up to 25) explore their options and find learning, training or employment opportunities.
