Notify the Education, Employment and Training (EET) Team of a Young Person who has left learning early

You can use this form to notify the EET Team of a young person in Oxfordshire who is aged 16-18 and who has left learning early or who is NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).

Please let the young person know that you will be notifying us, and tell them that they can request service from the EET Team if they need support.

Please note that this form is not a referral route, we will simply use it to update tracking data.

Were previously educated at a private or independent cschool

Have moved from a school that is outside Oxfordshire

Were educated at home/educated otherwise
